Kent,
As a matter of fact, I received the ballot sent
this morning on the deadline time, which I
immediately completed and sent, perhaps
a few minutes past the deadline. This was
automatically confirmed to me.
Unfortunately, we have had some network
problems over the last few days in Buenos
Aires, this may be the reason for these
delays.
Best regards
Tony Harris

Hi Tony -- your ballot has been sent to you 3 times. All mail sent to you
from that server has been received by your server. For example, the last
ballot, re-sent at Glen's request this morning, shows this log entry:

stat=Sent (OK id=1Ft3E8-0008Cp-KG)
