Hi Bret...I think the PAC group is handling it.  Cary should be a good
source.

On the same note, the press release below states:

"...and a policy group to draft explicit policies on the application and
operation of IDNs. Twomey said that ICANN was expecting the policy
development process to come to a conclusion in the end of the third quarter
or the early fourth quarter this year....."

can ANYONE kindly let me know who the policy group is that is drafing the
policies???
