Dear Council Members,

Based on Councilors' feedback about times they can commit to, so as to ensure quorum for the proposed GNSO Council meeting on Friday 24 February, 2006, I am proposing an adjustment in the time for the GNSO Council meeting to 4:30pm (16:00) EST instead of 6:00pm (18:00).
The new proposed time would then correspond to the following times:
