Dear Marilyn,
I assume you need this information in order to determine "quorum" and that
given the Councilors may drop off the call, we will need to have
verification of who is on the call at any given point.
Yes, I need this information to determine quorum.
Are you in fact advising us that we need to tell you affirmatively when, and
if we are going to be on the segments of the calls? If so, I didn't get that
message. :-) but I suspect it is the case. Perhaps you can just clarify why
and the importance of this information.
Yes, this would also be necessary and advisable that councilors gave me
this information so that telephone bridges can be set up with the
correct number of ports and that those physically present know who they
can expect via remote participation
Secondly, I ask for input from councilors: IF the call started at US 4:00 or
5:00 p.m. would we have more councilors on the Council call? IF so, let's
move the meeting accordingly, and move a session of the working group to
follow the Council call.
Changing from 4 to 5 pm EST allows the Europeans to have a friendlier
time slot 22:00 or 23:00 instead of midnight.
Please let me have this information as soon as possible within 24 hours
would be great!
Thanks so much
Glen
