Dear Bruce, thanks for this information and the agenda.


Am I correct that if a councilor cannot attend this segment, that they
should give a proxy notification to Glen, since there will be a vote on the
ToR? 

Will we be able to have the ICANN legal staff on this segment, with us?

I want to say thanks to the senior staff -- Kurt and John for being with
Council today. And, of course, thanks to our policy support team!!!

Hello All,

As discussed during the call today, here is a draft agenda for the
meeting that will occur following the new gTLD committee meetings on
Friday.  I have scheduled it for the end of the day (6pm).  Please note
that though a constituency may have alternative representatives at the
committee meeting earlier in the day, that the Council
meeting/teleconference will require Council members only (either
in-person of via teleconference).
