5. Use of Traffic Data 
While this whole section poses appropriate policy questions, those questions 
are linked
specifically to one prospective service "traffic data". 
The policy questions raised by Traffic Data are wider than just Traffic Data. 
Thus the
directions in this section should be generalised and cite "Traffic Data" as a 
"for example".

We are all aware of the Wait List service as another "for example" to which 
these policy
considerations would apply.
