I'm flying on Thanksgiving, US, so would prefer not that date, as well, but
I can actually do an a.m. call, unlike most Americans. :-) BUT, I'd be very
unpopular with my fellow "turkeys".. er, American colleagues... so, I agree
with Ken and Norbett.
