The public comment period on the GNSO Review Terms of Reference
http://www.icann.org/gnso/review-reference-terms-27oct05.htm
began on 27 October and runs till 17 November 2005.

The notice informing the Council, constituencies, the GA, and the 
Announce list subscribers that the GNSO Review Terms of Reference were 
published for public comment was posted on 31 October 2005.
