Hi Michael

Very easy to answer this one from my side -- my third daughter was born on
25 October 2004 at 7:45pm. There was no way I would have been in any
condition to do this report.

I will look in other likely places but, given that this hasn't come to light
before, I wonder if this isn't an error?

Kind regards.

Liz

Subject: [council] Performance of the GNSO Council Report

Liz:

In connection with the current GNSO review, I was researching some
historical information in connection with the Council review conducted
last year. In looking through the minutes of the GNSO Council call of
21-October-2004 (see
http://gnso.icann.org/meetings/minutes-gnso-21oct04.htm) I noticed the
following action item which I have reproduced below.

 d. Performance of the GNSO Council
As regards the report on the performance of the GNSO Council that Dr.
Paul Twomey had retained a consultant, Dr. Liz Williams to prepare
earlier this year, a public version of the report will be posted by the
end of October.

In my research I was unable to locate this report. Could you or any of
the other council member please direct me to where I can obtain a copy.
I believe that this is an important background document in connection
with the work that is currently underway.

Best regards,

Michael D. Palage
