I may be 10 minutes late on the call. I give my proxy to Grant and to Philip
with instructions to support the new registry process.
The discussion should first cover the impact of the contracted terms in net
and other registries, have on the consensus policy developed by the Council.
It would be helpful to have the General Council explain that to the full
Council, of course.
