Given the fact that Mr. Palage is a sitting member of the Board,previously elected by this very Council, I don't see much to debateabout whether he meets the selection criteria in the bylaws: of coursehe does.

Council members should ensure that the candidate meets the selection
criteria for a director, and has support from the GNSO community.
