[council] Request from the Chair of the Nominating Committee 2004

Dear GNSO Council Member,
 
I am addressing this mail to you in my responsibility  as Chairman of
the NomCom in order to comply with the rules of eligibility of the
NomCom GNSO Council Nominee. 

The bylaws (Article V, Section 3, paragraph 5) require  that "no more
than one officer, director or employee of any particular corporation or
other organization (including its subsidiaries and affiliates) shall
serve on the GNSO Council at any given time." 

We therefore need to know what corporations and organizations (including
their subsidiaries and affiliates) the on-going members of the GNSO
serve as an officer, a director or an employee. 

To make this investigation thoroughly and in due time and fullfill our
task, I would be grateful to you for sending us the relevant information
concerning yourself.
