Hello All,

Here is the current schedule of meetings that involve Council members in Rome.
Thanks to the GNSO Secretariat, Glen de Saint Géry, for negotiating the 
availability of the various meeting rooms.

Monday March 1, at 18:30 to 19:00
- workshop prep meeting for the 3 Whois task force participants 

Monday March 1, at 19:00 to 19:30
- workshop prep meeting for the GNSO Committee on approval process for gtld 
service changes

Tuesday March 2, 7:30 to 9:00
- GNSO Council informal breakfast with ICANN Board members
- "La Sughereta Restaurant",  Hotel Melià Roma Aurelia Antica

Tuesday March 2, 4:30pm to 5:30pm
- GNSO Council meeting with Government Advisory Committee (GAC) 
- Murillo room

Wednesday March 3, GNSO PDP Public Workshops 
- Workshop on the GNSO PDP: Approval Process for gTLD Service Changes (08:00 - 
09:30) (Goya)
- Workshop on the GNSO PDP: Whois Task Force 1 -- Restricting Access (09:45 - 
11:15) (Goya) 
- Workshop on the GNSO PDP: Whois Task Force 2 -- Review of Data Collected and
