Dear Council members and liaisons,
In view of a possible meeting with two GAC working groups -- GTLD and WHOIS
which could meet simultaneously with the GNSO Council, could you please
inform me when and what time you will be arriving in Carthage, Tunisia.
This information would be appreciated at your earliest convenience so as to
make the necessary arrangements and send out notices.
