Background
Following the Council discussion on 20 August 2020 and a decision on 21 October 2020, Council decided to continue the EPDP on Registration Data for dealing with the remaining priority 2 items. The two remaining issues to be within scope of deliberations:
- Differentiation between Legal vs. natural persons data
- Feasibility of unique contacts to have a uniform anonymized email address
This will be a short duration project to properly consider these remaining topics from the EPDP Phase 2 and determine if there are solutions to these issues that can be broadly supported.
