Thanks, Krista =============================== Dear Michele, As you are aware the RrSG comments provided on 10 September 2015 regarding ZA Central Registry NPC trading as ZA Central Registry’s .capetown/.joburg/.durban request to amend its RRA. ICANN forwarded the comments to the registry operator who has agreed to further amend their RRA to address concerns articulated by the RrSG. Attached to this message you will find the following: 1) An updated RRA Amendment that includes those redlines initially proposed by the registry for which the RrSG did not comment on (+) additional redlines to address the RrSG concerns. (File name: "ZACR Registry-Registrar Agreement v11 (Redline Comparison[2]).pdf") 2) An RRA Amendment that provides a different ‘view’ of the redlines. This document contains the additional redlines to address the RrSG concerns. Meaning, the registry accepted the redlines in their original proposed RRA Amendment where the the RrSG indicated it did not have concerns, and re-redlined the sections where the RrSG expressed concern. The re-redlined sections are to address the concerns of the RrSG. (File name: "ZACR Registry-Registrar Agreement v11(4).pdf" ) 3) Two cover letters to explain the redlines in each of the above 1) and 2) respectively. (File names: "ZACR RRA Amendments(1)[3].pdf" and "ZACR RRA Amendments(2)[2].pdf" ) Per Section 4 of the RRA Amendment Procedure, the RrSG has up to 15 days to review the proposed changes. If the RrSG has additional concerns, please advise ICANN by responding to this message no later than 23:59UTC on 29 November 2015. If there is no response by this time, ICANN will assume there are no additional concerns and will continue processing the request. If the RrSG responds with concerns, ICANN will continue to the next step of the RRA Amendment Procedure which is to consult with the RrSG and the Registry Operator.
