we are looking at options on another day based on how many registrars are
coming in after sunday night. the possible options for another day apart
from sunday could be -

* Wednesday
* Saturday

currently the sunday agenda is fixed, but if there are a considerable number
of people getting in after sunday too, we will be happy to organize an
additional excursion :)

Bhavin,

What a great idea. Thank you for doing this. Might I suggest you also
schedule one on the Wednesday afternoon, when it is typically quiet around
ICANN ? I know that many of us are arriving on Sunday night, and will miss
what you have planned.

Rob.

Subject: [registrars] Skenzo & Logicboxes arrange trip to Taj Mahal for
ICANN attendees

Hi all,

At the outset, let me make no attempt to hide our excitement with regards to
the upcoming ICANN meeting in India (for once we wont have to make a 24 hour
flight journey :) )

We have been working behind the scenes to try and plan something for our
friends - all of you - who will be making the long trip to India for this
meeting. Based on conversations with some of you, by popular demand, a trip
to the Taj Mahal wins hands down. So we have arranged a comprehensive
exclusive travel package for everyone to visit the Taj Mahal

The current planned date for this is early morning on the 10th February
(Sunday). I have attached an outline of the trip in the form of a PDF. This
will be an all expense paid trip to see the Taj Mahal, and other significant
monuments in Agra, memories you will keep with you for a lifetime. The trip
includes transport, food, guides et al.

Kindly browse through the attached document, and RSVP if you are in Delhi on
Sunday morning. We expect to collect all responses by the next week.

If you are scheduled to get in later than Sunday, I would strongly recommend
you consider preponing your schedule by a day. It has taken 7 years for an
ICANN meeting to be held in India :)

In the worst case scenario, if you positively cannot make it on Sunday, but
would still like to participate, do send us your current itinerary (dates
you are in New Delhi) alongwith a preferred date. If we get sufficient
number of responses, we may do an extra excursion on a second date too.

Feel free to forward this mail to anyone affiliated with a Registrar,
Registry, or ICANN Staff / Board

Warm Regards
