RE: [registrars] "Registered Representative" defined; RC Mailing list access to be limited.

Hey Paul,

There is a board/forum.

www.registrar-constituency.com

Not sure how many have signed up.

But I agree with you we should start using this method of communication.

Rob Hall and Tim Ruiz were getting it set up.

Thanks

Peter

Dear Bob,

Has any consideration been given to the new discussion list becoming a
discussion board (forum) instead of a mailing list? IMO it would get
a lot more participation and be easier to search than my RC mailbox
with 9000+ messages.

If appropriate for me to do so, I'd like to make that a motion.

Best Regards,

~Paul

Functionally, it is the same as "Voting Member".

Non-Registered Representatives are defined in the By-Laws, Article 2.3.

representatives to the Constituency. These additional representatives will
be known as ?Non-Registered Representatives?. There shall be no limit as to
the number of Non-Registered Representatives that a Member may appoint.
Non-Registered Representatives will be afforded the same privileges as
Observers; however the participation of Non-Registered Representatives will
not be limited as per section 2.7 of these bylaws.

the Executive Committee deems that having observers present is

Registrar Constituency. Any such actions will be noted in the minutes or
official record of the meeting or deliberations.
