Hi All,
I was just wondering if anybody of you is also experiencing the same problem with .biz expiry dates. It seems like that rather than setting the expiry date to the anniversary of the registration date, Neulevel sets it to the last second of the day before.

Example:
Domain Registration Date: Thu Oct 04 08:50:50 GMT 2007
Domain Expiration Date: Fri Oct 03 23:59:59 GMT 2008

At least from my perspective, this generates a lot of confusion, and also queries from customers who wonder how come their 1 year .biz registration is only valid for 364 days.

As a term of reference, .com domains list the expiration date like:

Record created: 2007-10-04 13:59:43
Record last updated: 2007-10-04 13:59:48
Record expires: 2008-10-04 13:59:00

Which I believe is a bit fairer.

I was just wondering how this affects other fellow registrars, whether any of you has complained to Neulevel and what answers have you received from them.

Thanks

Best Regards
