Thanks, Scott Hemphill ________________________________ From: Registrar Services [mailto:services@xxxxxxxxxxxx] Sent: Monday, February 12, 2007 1:59 PM To: registrar-info@xxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: New .INFO RRA Dear Registrar: As you know, Section 9.1 of the current .INFO Registry-Registrar Agreement, to which you and Afilias are parties, provides: "In the event that revisions to Registry Operator's approved form of Registry-Registrar Agreement are approved or adopted by ICANN, Registrar will either execute an amendment substituting the revised agreement in place of this Agreement or, at its option exercised within fifteen days after receiving notice of such amendment, terminate this Agreement immediately by giving written notice to Registry Operator. In the event that Registry Operator does not receive such executed amendment or notice of termination from Registrar within such fifteen day period, Registrar shall be deemed to have terminated this Agreement effective immediately." Effective as of 8 December 2006, ICANN and Afilias entered into a new Registry Agreement with respect to the .INFO top-level domain. As part of that agreement, a new form of .INFO Registry-Registrar Agreement was approved by ICANN. Attached to this notice is a copy of the new .INFO RRA. Accordingly, please print the new .INFO RRA and complete the information regarding your registrar in the introductory paragraph and the notice provision. Please have two (2) copies executed by an authorized representative of your registrar, and fax one (1) copy of the executed RRA to Afilias Customer Support at +1.215.706.5701. Please follow that up with delivery of both executed copies to Afilias at the following address: Afilias Limited c/o Afilias USA, Inc. 300 Welsh Road Building 3, Suite 105 Horsham, PA 19044 We will return one fully executed copy to you. Please do not fill in the effective date on the first page of the document. Afilias will fill in the date upon our execution of the documents. Please have the documents delivered to Afilias at your earliest convenience, but no later than 28 February 2007. We have also attached (i) a Registrar Data Form and (ii) a Registrar Authorization to this notice.
