All:

We need to elect a new Registrar Constituency representative to the
ICANN Nominating Committee. We will accept nominations through October
27, 2006 and will hold an election in November. The person elected
should plan on attending the ICANN meeting in Sao Paulo. Here is some
background information on the Committee --
http://www.icann.org/committees/nom-comm/.

Please join me in thanking Elliot Noss for all of his work over the past
two years representing the RC on the Nominating Committee.

Thanks.

Jon
