That's good to hear Paul. Unfortunately they still have eNom listed 
within the "we" group that
their customers are bound to within their agreement. Also listed are 
Register.com, Inc., Wild West
Domains, Inc., and NameJuice.com:

I'm not sure if your termination provisions preclude this type of 
continued representation - you might
