Michael,

I can't share your belief that ICANN isn't, and hasn't always been, a
cat's paw of VGRS, who were more effective than any of us thought they
could be, year in and year out.

There is no "bottom" to the consensus process. There is only fictions
that there aren't fictions.

You've been one of the least bad of the BoD cast, and decent enough in
person and on a personal level, I'll always take your call, but ICANN
is rubbish, mere VGRS marketing ephemera. Its been at the same "cross
roads" now its been at since Ira and John and Ester screwed it up the
first time.
