Dear Members:

Based upon my observations of the votes on  the PDP-Feb06 election, I 
received seventeen completed ballots.
All those who submitted ballots voted on all three seats.  There were no 
abstentions.  Therefore, there were seventeen votes for each of the three 
candidates.  I believe that they are all three confirmed as our choices of 
the Registrars Constituency seats on this working group.
Tim Ruiz may either submit his own observations or he may validate my counts.

These results satisfy the By-Laws minimum of fifteen ballots on any issue.

I await Tim's confirmation or separate summary.  If anyone believes that I 
have missed any ballots or incorrectly interpreted their own votes, please 
advise by reply copy of this Email, sent to the registrars@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx 
mailing list.
I am sorry that it was necessary to revert to this manual voting system, 
but the temporary closure of the Boardrooms.org voting system and mailing 
list left little choice.
