RE: [registrars] Registrars approve ICANN budget (2005-2006)

An important thing to note is though Paul stated in the public forum that
"registrars have not yet approved the budget" - what Paul should have been
really stating is that - "registars have not yet BEEN ASKED to approve the
budget".
