[registrars] Seconding nominations and my acceptance of my nomination

I am going to use a single mail to dispense of all my pending formalities -

* Firstly I second the nomination of Tim, Donna, Bob. All of them have done
an excellent job last year.

* Secondly I second the nomination of Lesley-ann for the post of treasurer.
I believe she can do a great job too.

I accept my nomination for the post of Registrar Constituency Chair. For
those who came in late, I run Directi, an ICANN Registrar. Neither I, nor my
company have any affiliations with a Registry other than EPP/RRP
connectivity :).
