[registrars] Sparse voting.
Dear Members: It is disappointing to see the small number of our members who are voting on the two motions before us. Only 15 have voted on the change of Rules of Procedure. Voting closes in less than three days: http://www.boardrooms.org/apps/org/workgroup/registrars/ballot.php?id=112 And only 13 have voted on the Whois issue, though we are all potentially affected by this issue. Voting closes in less than four days: http://www.boardrooms.org/apps/org/workgroup/registrars/ballot.php?id=114 We now have forty-five voting members.
