Dear Members: My son Bill alerted me to this posting. I can see that the
domain was recently registered (15 July 2005). Could be that it was
deleted and captured. I don't know whether it was truly a hijacking
case. Regards, BobC

Subject: Domain Hijack
www.openrecords.org is one of many domains and servers we maintain. We
have maintained it since 1997.
According to whois, this domain was apparently taken last week by a
company known as Virtual Clicks.
As best we can tell, the domain was not due for renewal, and no renewal
notice has been received.
As you appear to be the current registrar, we ask that you take action to
protect us from damages due to the loss of www.openrecords.org and take
action to return it to us.
We have contacted ICANN and our attorney.
