All,

Below are the instructions for joining the Constituency. The Membership form
and a generic invoice are attached in both Word and Text formats.

 -- Complete the Membership form and return it electronically to
dmcgehee@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx and CC: rconnell@xxxxxxxxxxxxx.

 -- Be sure to indicate on the Membership form the method by which you will
be making payment of the joining fee (mailing a check, or wiring funds)

 -- If you will be wiring funds, bank details will be emailed to you.

 -- If you need an invoice, complete and print the attached invoice.

 -- Be sure that the Registrar name is clearly indicated on your payment
(check or wire).

 -- Once both the Membership form and payment have been received the
Secretary will be notified and add you to the Boardrooms voting list unless
you do not qualify to vote based on the ownership requirements of section
4.5.1.3 of the RC bylaws. NOTE: Section 4.5.1.3 does not preclude any ICANN
Accredited registrar from joining the Constituency. It only affects voting
rights.

 -- Your Membership and voting status will be confirmed and published to RC
email list.

We had hoped to have an eFax number set up to use for submitting the
Membership form. Unfortunately we have had some problems with that and
needed to get this information posted.

GNSO - Registrar Constituency Membership Form
The Registrar Constituency of the Generic Names Supporting Organization (?GNSO?) is one of the initial constituencies of the GNSO. The purpose of the Registrar Constituency is to represent the views and interests of ICANN Accredited domain name Registrars within the GNSO in all matters and issues of its responsibility according to ICANN bylaws.

If your company is an ICANN Accredited Registrar according to the authoritative list maintained by ICANN, and is interested in joining the Registrar Constituency, you must complete this form and designate a single representative to vote on your company?s behalf. You may provide a list of additional representatives that you may wish to be included in the mailing lists and other correspondence.
