Dear Registrars:

The teleconference has just terminated.  There were four present as follows:

1. Jay Westerdal
2. Elana Broitman
3. Unknown
4. Bob Connelly

Elana asked Jay whether he had been called by ICANN.  I could not hear 
Jay's response.

The call was scheduled for 04:30 Pacific Daylight Time.  Jan and I were in 
that zone.  At 04:42, Elana declared the coll suspended.  I stayed on till 
04:50.  There were no more callers.
