The US District Court for the District of Delaware has denied Orthotec
LLC's motion to dismiss, transfer or stay the proceedings in a
cybersquatting dispute involving the domain name 'argos-us.com'. The
court based its decision, among other things, on the fact that the
plaintiff, Argos, had used its mark ARGOS in commerce by operating a
website at 'argos-europe.com'.
