I want to congratulate Tim and Rob on the election to the budget advisory group. I also want to congratulate Brian, and ask him to agree to serve, in my stead. As you all know, Brian and I were tied. Rather than get into yet another vote, I want us, instead, to focus on strengthening the constituency and our voice within ICANN.
I am sure that these 3 will do a great job, and I am happy to be a resource as I had served on the group for the past 2 years. As soon as Brian accepts, I will communicate the names to ICANN.
