Dear Dan:

Here are the results of our recent election of GNSO delegates for the 
ensuing year:


            GNSO Registrar Representative Selection
             Ballot closed on 15 Oct 2003.
                                                  Connelly, Robert F.
                                                                 14%
                                                  Keller, Thomas
                                                                 28%
                                                  Rader, Ross Wm.
                                                                 19%
                                                  Tonkin, Bruce
                                                                 36%
                                                  Abstain-1
                                                                 3%
                                                  Abstain-2
                                                                 0%

Accordingly, Bruce Tonkin is selected for a two year term, Thomas Keller 
for a one year term.

In case the decision is reached to permit three delegates, Ross Rader would 
be that third representative. The period would need to be decided at a 
later date.
