Hello All,

Note also from Article X, section 3, sub-paragraph 5:

"No more than one officer, director or employee of any particular
corporation or other organization (including its subsidiaries and
affiliates) shall serve on the GNSO Council at any given time."

The statements of conflict of interest will hopefully help avoid
violating that by-law.
