        VeriSign has just completed an Asia Market Research project.  If
there is interest from the Registrar Community we would like to share the
results at the upcoming Registrar Constituency meeting in LA.  Our proposal
is that we hold the research seminar late in the afternoon of September 11th
(around 4-6pm with drinks and hors d'oerves to follow) which would be the
evening before the Registrar Constituency meeting currently planned for
Friday September 12th.
