[ispcp] Constituency meeting notes
Mark / All I have looked at the draft notes and offer some revisions in the attached file. In addition I've listed the actions from the meeting, if I've missed any please let me know. Mark - thanks for producing these. I suggest there is a final call for comments and then the notes are posted on the web site, along with the attendance list.
