Many thanks to Alain Bidron for reminding me of the request for comments on ICANN's MoU. Many of you know that the MOU between the US Department of Commerce and ICANN is set to expire on 30 September 2006. The NTIA is seeking comment on the progress to date of the transition of the technical coordination and management of the Internet DNS to the private sector:
