Dr. Dierker and all,

  What rules are now not being voluntarily comlied with?  At
present there are no list rules as the GA doesn't exist as
a ICANN entity.

  I believe that adoption of any list rules of a mailing list you
do not requires a vote of the members.  Blanket adoption
would be illegitimate.  Remember the chair works for the
members, not the other way around.  However good agreed
upon rules which are practical, are a good thing.
