Ted and all,

Honestly I cannot see any reason why this Ginger person and the
organization
she perports to represent is a bad choice for Theresa Swinehart to have
selected. However why after many attempts by members of the GA whom
have ask for travel expenses, ect., in the passed over in favor of
organizations
like DiploFoundation. Maybe Theresa or some other staff member would
be willing to please address that concern?

Thank you Theresa, or whomever reports directly to you, for your
cooperation in advance regarding this concern.
