Vini and all,

  History should never be a problem if one learns from
it.  ICANN decidedly in many instances hasn't.  I wise
sage once uttered: "one who denies the lessons of history
are doomed to repeat them".  So I am again sorry to read
you have problems with history, especially in this instance
ICANN history.
