Ted and all,

  I believe you missed my point here in part.  I was indirectly referring
to Domain Names in Whois and other related listed information
in a Whois query response and ergo the related Privacy violations
now as a matter of ICANN Policy, not IP addresses.  Secondly,
and in relation to my broader point, A Domain Name nor an
IP address can be compared to a tangible physical address
as it relates to Privacy, or the lack there of.  Hence your example
is not analogist to the broader point, yet is technically correct
as such relates to a brick and mortar concept.
