Sorry Chuck I had to read this a couple times;
  I think we agree that registrars are not forced to offer a gTLD just because the registries, offering the gTLD, are accredited 

  And confusing point apparently did not make clear I also meant that any registrar must carry all sanctioned and accredited gTLDs if they are to remain competitive.
  (before someone gets something in a wad - i include affiliations and linking)
