The actual reason the board call got moved up is to deal with the IPv6
policy. Per the MOU approved by the board in LUX (see
http://www.icann.org/minutes/resolutions-15jul05.htm#p2), ICANN has a
60-day window to process global policies ASO policies. The meeting was
moved up to stay within that window.
