"This letter is written to advise that PIR intends to
implement DNSSEC in accordance with the IETF
standards. While PIR does not yet have a specific
timeline, we are actively working to prepare our
systems and procedures to provide this service.
Please provide guidance on what coordination, approval
and/or operational adjustments are
required by ICANN in order for us to implement and
deploy this service."
