Danny and all former DNSO GA members or other interested
stakeholders/users,
Assuming Brett's blog entry is accurate and true, it seems that ICANN's
general council is acting in a fraudulent manner. Should Mr. Hasbrouck
seek legal redress along these lines, I would be inclined to support
such a redress.
What really amazes me is that DOC/NTIA has not jumped in here...
