No one seems to remember that a man was on our board of ICANN and sued no one and fought not a wit. And claimed some legal ethical restriction against it. He did not disclose closed meeting agenda or substance and he refused to act based on confidences and priviledge. Who was such a Lawyer who now works on a matter of profit using ICANN?
