I do not see the need to destroy or disband the ALAC. The only people suggesting that they are a representative group of anyone are themselves. Which of course makes sense since they only represent themselves. Also I can find no direct evidence of them influencing anyone.
  Obviously they agree with staff and the ICANN board and some idiots attempt to convert that into "bottom-up" "consensus" from "users". But only a complete pigbrained neophyte hypocrite liar would buy any of that putrified snake excrement.
  However since they deal - behind well veiled backroom closed meetings - with important issues it is a good place for us to focus attention.
  It is important to note that the original and in fact current members were mostly those who torpedoed the General Assembly, they already destroyed one individual users' forum, they certainly did not do that to allow another one.
