Vittorio,

It is evident that you and the ALAC are at your wits
end. Your project is falling apart by the seams.
That reality has forced you into adopting yet another
foolish new strategy. As Izumi has written, "unless
other constituencies such as ccTLDs agree to support
AtLarge - user participation - to ICANN process, solo
effort by existing ALAC/ALS may not be as effective as
we want."

Give it up. Throw in the towel. It's not working.
Certifying what amounts to a ccTLD supplier group as a
user institution (Bill Semich's Internet Users Group -
Niue), has to be the low point of your truly pitiful
exercise.

By now you must realize that there has been absolutely
no at-large buy-in into your universally unsupported
initiative. The continued existence of the ALAC only
serves to defeat the prospect of representation for
individuals within the ICANN process. Your continued
pursuit of the ALAC fantasy is a gross disservice to
the At-Large world that has seen fit to send comment
after comment to the ICANN settlement-comments forum
while your "Certfied At-Large Structures" have yet to
send through a single remark.

You are perpetuating a sham. You are wasting valuable
energy and funds to no avail. I can't wait to read
your Committee's self-review -- I'm sure that it will
rise to the top of the fiction best seller's list.

Best wishes,
Danny
