  Thanks Richard for the clarification. But I was actually only borrowing
Nominet's registrar as an illustration for questions for thought and concern
regarding gTLD and other registries and multi-TLD registrars.  However
soon we will have more multi-TLD registries as well.  Hence the concern
regarding registry and/or registrar escrow.  As you likely already know,
many registrars and some registries, are tiertering on insolvency and
a escrow concern is evident if not about to escalate.  Yet ICANN
seems to be contemplating seemingly serenely i.e. Vint's remarks
on this thread earlier, as what to do when 4+ years ago, many good
and enforceable suggestions were provided, but ICANN BoD
and staff, ignored.  Now the chickens have come home to
roost, perhaps...  As such, another ICANN related disaster
looms...  Tisk, Tisk...
