 You left one very important fact out in your reference.  
That being the following:

updated weekly. It   is not a complete or certified record of the 
Corporation."

  Hence Danny, we have no way of knowing if this record is even 
accurate and/or current, or for that matter ever was.  Ergo, 
such references are not always as they appear to be or can be 
excepted as "Certified" when referenced from a URL link, especially 
in California...  One would need to order from the California 
Secty. of State with the corp. records form listed here:  
http://www.ss.ca.gov/business/corp/pdf/ircform.pdf
And referenced to what specific information requested in the above
listed form was and is referenced here:
 http://www.ss.ca.gov/business/corp/corp_irc.htm

  So again Danny your partial and therefor incomplete provided
information is misleading at best...  Hence leaving Eric's statement
not adequately refuted in your response...

  Perhaps this is a demonstration as to why you have had in the past
so many problems by your own statements in filing a proper FOIA
request for information which you are have sought via Federal
agencies...
